This run is a great way to keep you motivated and running regularly. We also run frequent beginners programmes to support women to start running. You might be starting to run for the first time, or perhaps returning to running after a long break and want to build back up gradually with the support of a group. All our run sessions are free to join and are made possible by our amazing team of volunteer run leaders, many of whom are graduates of the beginners programme themselves.
