LRG10 Challenge
LRG10 Challenge — celebrate 10 years of Let's Run Girls
This summer, we are celebrating 10 years since the very first Let's Run Girls session took place in Cambridge in 2016. A lot has happened since then — thousands of kilometres covered, hundreds of women who've found their stride, and a community we are incredibly proud of.
To mark this milestone, we are inviting everyone — past, present, near and far — to set themselves a personal LRG10 challenge to complete between 1st June and 31st August 2026.
Your challenge, your way. The only rule? It involves the number 10.
Run 10 miles. Walk 10km every week. Swim 10 lengths. Do 10 minutes of movement every day. Complete 10 parkruns. Whatever feels meaningful and achievable to you — that's your challenge.
Whether you're a current member, someone who ran with us years ago, or a friend of LRG joining in the spirit of things, you are welcome here.
How it works:
Sign up — tell us your personal LRG10 challenge when you register. We'll publish a selection of challenges on our website (anonymously) to inspire others.
Join the community — once you've signed up, you'll have the option to join our LRG10 WhatsApp group, where you can share updates, cheer each other on, and celebrate your wins.
Complete your challenge — anytime between 1st June and 31st August 2026.
Share if you'd like to — let us know your progress, post on WhatsApp, tag us on Instagram or Facebook, we’d love to hear how you’re getting on and celebrate your achievements with you.
Optional £10 donation
To mark our 10th anniversary, we're inviting participants to make an optional £10 donation to Let's Run Girls when they sign up. This helps us keep our sessions accessible and our community growing — but it is entirely optional and signing up is free. Please only donate if you'd like to and are able to.
LRG10 commemorative t-shirt
To celebrate the anniversary, we've designed a limited-edition LRG10 t-shirt. These are available to order alongside your challenge sign-up.
Order by Sunday 8th June to guarantee your t-shirt is ready by mid-July. Orders placed after this date will still be fulfilled later in the summer.
Sizing information is available via the size chart below and on this website. Both unisex fit and women's fit styles available. T-shirts are made from 100% post consumer recycled plastic bottles. These technical running t-shirts are dri-wicking to promote temperature regulation during activity.
